Resource Management Tool
In this engagement, our Human Centered Design Team spent 6 weeks assessing the current state of a large consulting company’s Resource Management Tool in order to efficiently rethink the user experience and redesign the user interface over the next following months. We worked daily with the Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters and Development Teams in order to meet all requirements and deadlines.
As the senior UX/UI Designer on this project, I facilitated workshops to better understand the product’s current state, lead the design team in creating future state lo-fi and hi-fi screens in Figma, interviewed users for feedback, and managed client relations to make sure we successfully hit all of our milestones.
